Overview
Youth In Need is seeking a Substitute Teacher
. In this role, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that helps children reach their highest potential, while partnering with parents and colleagues to make this happen. You will demonstrate Infant/Toddler responsive care, classroom management skills, lesson planning, and developmentally appropriate practice.
Youth In Need has been around since 1974, helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff serving more than 8,000 children, teens, and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri. This PositionWe are interested in Substitute Teachers with a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to be CPR Certified is required.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR Certification required
This is an hourly position with starting pay at $16.19 per hour.
