• Ability to support management and philosophies of the Gateway Region YMCA.
• Must be extremely organized, accurate, reliable, and diligent in meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must know and utilize the HRIS software.
• Understand and comply with federal laws and regulations applying to the Payroll/HR area.
• Because of the sensitive nature of this job, the incumbent must be mature and discrete. Confidentiality is a must.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Related Field preferred
• Extremely organized, accurate, reliable, honest and diligent in meeting deadlines.
