• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with the school district’s lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school procedures
• Collaborating with paraprofessionals and school staff

• Possess, or be willing to obtain, a Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate
• Requires 36 college credit hours, or a high school diploma and successful completion of a 20-hour pre-certification course
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting
• Prior experience in special education or classroom settings is preferred, but not required
• $25–$30 per hour
