Spanish Teacher

Christian Brothers College High School, an all-boys Catholic school, is accepting applications for a Spanish teacher for the  school year. • Master's degree in spanish and the ability to teach college-credit dual-enrollment/advanced placement classes
• Valid Missouri teaching certification (Grades 9-12)
• Three or more successful years of teaching experience

• Student-centered philosophy of education
• Commitment to the school, its Lasallian mission, and to private, Catholic education
• Knowledge of current educational theory and best practices
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting student growth in and out of the classroom
• Adaptable to organizational change and changes in the field of education
• Familiarity with aspects of a digital learning environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with all community stakeholders

• Work collaboratively as part of a team in a Professional Learning Community.
• Effectively manage the classroom environment.
