Before & After Care Program Activities Coordinator (18-20 hours a week)
Join us at KIPP St. Louis as a Before & After Care Program Activities Coordinator. This role is part-time, up to 20 hours a week, and is grant-funded for 10 months.

Job Description: We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to lead engaging activities that match student interests and reflect KIPP values. Responsibilities include student engagement, collaborative planning, operational excellence, and family & community engagement.
- Lead dynamic, small-group experiences that spark joy, curiosity, and creativity for all learners.
- Facilitate engaging activities such as movement, crafts, games, and hands-on learning that promote fun and connection.
- Build strong relationships with students and proactively support positive behavior through consistent, caring interactions.
Qualifications: Relevant experience in youth development, education, or program coordination is strongly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in education, youth programming, or community engagement are required.
- Proven track record of managing teams, designing youth programs, and driving student success.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and implementing equity-focused practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
