Practice Highlights

• Join an established group of Neurologists and APPs
• Primarily Outpatient role
• Providers typically see 15 - 18 patients per day
• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Murray

• Manages the medical care of the patient panel by providing or arranging inpatient hospital care for patients, including hospital rounds or coverage by hospitalists or other qualified physicians as needed, in line with Medical Staff requirements.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and care team members to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at the clinic locations designated by BJC and any other BJC clinical outreach locations as needed.
• Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws.
• Provides or arranges call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in a manner acceptable to BJC and in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws, following all BJC policies and applicable standards.
• Collaborates and teaches advanced practice providers, support staff, or other care team members assigned to the patient panel.
• BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
