Arch Well Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in St. Louis, Missouri.

• Outpatient position only
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
• Adult Patient Panel Only (65+ years old)
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
• Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
• Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
• State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

• Employed Position
• $20k sign on bonus available
• Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
• Full malpractice coverage with tail
• Medical Benefits (including retirement)
• CME
• PTO

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure
