Psychiatrist - Outpatient
Location:
St. Louis, Missouri
Compensation: $195,000-$295,000 annually

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $195,000 - $295,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000
- Health Insurance: Employer covers more than 70% of premium

- Paid Time Off: 24 days (10 vacation, 12 sick, 2 personal)
- Paid Holidays: 11

- CME: 40 hours approved time + $1,500 allowance
- Full Support Staff: Nursing, administrative, and care coordination
- No nights, no weekends
- EPIC EMR
- Choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
- Treat adults, children, or both based on your comfort and experience
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health professionals
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Participate in crisis intervention, counseling, and patient education as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
- Comfortable treating a diverse patient population
- Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach
