Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA), a community-based network within the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its thriving primary care practices. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality outpatient care while being supported by the resources and reputation of a nationally recognized academic health system.

Outpatient-Only Care
Maintain work-life balance with no inpatient responsibilities.

Collaborative Team Environment
Provide comprehensive primary care alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers at one of two Central West End practices:

• Grant Medical & Diabetes Associates (GMDA): 6 physicians, 4 APPs

• Maryland Medical Group (MMG): 4 physicians, 3 APPs

Manageable Visit Volumes
Typical schedule of 20-22 patients per day. Standard workweek and shared call rotation designed to support provider well-being.

Advanced Technology & Resources
Epic EMR and strong clinical support services streamline high-quality care delivery.

Teaching Opportunities
Optional involvement in mentoring and education of medical students and residents from Washington University School of Medicine.

Competitive Compensation

• MD or DO (preference for MD)

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Ambulatory primary care experience preferred new grads welcome

• U.S. medical school training required
