BJC Medical Group in South County, located in St. Louis, MO, is part of BJC Health Care. We are actively recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our growing clinic located on Telegraph Rd. This smaller practice will allow you to collaborate with a team of experienced Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
Position Highlights- Outpatient only position with opportunity to develop your ideal practice setting.
- Join a team of three Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers.
- 36 patient contact hours per week.
- Support staff and medical assistants appointed to each practicing provider.

Certifications:
BOARD ELIGIBLE OR BOARD CERTIFIED IN PRACTICING SPECIALTY;
Licensed Physician - Experience:
2-5 years (preferred) - Minimum Requirements:
Board eligibility/certification in practicing specialty
- Manage the medical care of patient panel by providing or arranging inpatient hospital care for patients, including hospital rounds or arranging coverage with hospitalists or other physicians in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care team to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at designated clinic locations and other BJC clinical outreach locations.
- Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws.
- Provide or arrange for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage per BJC policies and Medical Staff bylaws, following legal, ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned to the patient panel.
- Safety-sensitive position; maintain constant state of alertness as an essential function.
