Part time OB Hospitalist hospital in St. Louis

Overview

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a part time BC/BE OB Hospitalist to join our well established team based at Missouri Baptist Medical Center located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Part-time position with a rotating schedule including weekends, weekdays, nights and holidays. Two 12-hour shifts per week, 48 hours per two week pay period. Practice limited to inpatient obstetrical care, admitting and triaging patients.

• Manage the medical care of assigned patients.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
• Perform and document histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital by-laws.
• Supervise and instruct medical students and residents; assist in the learning needs of residents and students as assessed.
• Inpatient obstetrical care including antepartum, labor and post-partum care of hospital patients.

  Doctorate in Medicine

• Experience:
  
  2-5 years
• Preferred:
  Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics
