• 3 year guaranteed salary while on ownership track.
• 401k with match of up to 3% on portion of your contributions;
  Fully vested after 5 years.
• Profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years as a physician, 11% for 10+ years as a physician.
• Shareholder retains high % of practice profit and receives distribution of company profit centers.
