Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
  • Share clinical and administrative leadership responsibilities with the Chief Medical Officer
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of providers
  • Coordinate clinical schedules, on‑call coverage, and access optimization
  • Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
  • Provide consultation and supervision to advanced practice providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
  • Serve as a clinical leader in interdisciplinary and board‑level meetings as invited
  • Support education and precepting of medical trainees
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and documentation standards
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Completion of an accredited primary care residency program (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, or related specialty)
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in primary care specialty
  • Current DEA registration and controlled substance licensure
  • Medicare and Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Interest in or experience with physician leadership, supervision, or clinical oversight
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and clinical decision‑making skills
  • Commitment to patient‑centered care and serving urban and underserved populations
