SSM Health is launching a brand-new, state-of-the‑art clinic inside the Chesterfield YMCA, designed with a strong focus on Senior Care and seamless team‑based support. The clinic is scheduled to open January 2026
, and will serve one of the most sought‑after communities in the St. Louis metro.

Role & Schedule

  • FTE: 1.0
  • Days: Monday–Friday

  • Call: Weekday self‑call for one's own patients

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care with a special emphasis on Senior Care
    , partnering closely with the embedded care team to improve access, coordination, and outcomes
  • Help establish and grow the clinic’s patient panel in a high‑demand market

Qualifications

  • MD/DO, board‑eligible/board‑certified in a primary care discipline
