We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional with strong technical skills, a passion for residential architecture, and a desire to contribute to high-quality projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and revise architectural drawings for residential projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
- Ensure drawings meet company standards, building codes, and local regulations
- Assist in design development, plan modifications, and value engineering
- Support permitting and approval processes as needed
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design or residential construction documentation
- Proficiency inCAD
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Licensed Architect in the State of Missouri
- Experience working with production or semi-custom home designs
