We are looking to hire a full‑time Project Architect who is detail‑oriented, creative, and excels in solving problems, to join our St. Louis office. Our ideal candidate should have 5–12 years of experience, earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture or interior design from an accredited program, and may be a licensed architect (preferred but not required).

• 5–12+ years of experience
• Licensed architect preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited program
• Proficient in Revit
• Working knowledge of other industry‑standard software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Well‑rounded knowledge of the design/production and construction process

• Plans and develops projects of various sizes and complexities, executes and coordinates project production internally and with other disciplines and sub‑consultants
• May supervise a small staff of architects and designers
• Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields
• Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities
• Some travel for projects out of the office may be required

• Provides oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced staff
• Works with the office templates to maintain correct drawings, improve efficiencies, and trains less experienced staff

• Serves as the PM on certain projects
• Prepares proposals and contracts on mid‑size projects with Sr PM oversight
• Reviews billing and fee management for their projects when applicable, coordinating with the Accounting team on payments and outstanding invoices
• Serves as liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction
• Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating staff assignments on projects of various sizes
• Assists with QA/QC reviews during production on smaller‑to‑mid‑size projects and ensures projects follow current building codes, office, and client standards
• Represents the interests, concerns, and problems of the team they oversee, working with their Sr PM to ensure issues are addressed and resolved expeditiously
