Portfolios should be impressive from a design and motion perspective. The manager is looking for social media experience and strong motion examples.

Position Summary:

Creatives here are talented, curious, and self-motivated individuals who enjoy agency life with the benefits of a big company. You will create and version online content for client brands where digital solutions are applied at a real time pace. You will have a deep working knowledge of interactive and social media spaces and consult with internal and external teams to create effective work.

• Under the direction of a creative director, design and execute online communications with excellent design capabilities, a complete understanding of interactive space and user experience empathy.
• Exercise quality assurance and strong attention to detail against master creative template while versioning multiple pieces of content for eCommerce, CRM communications, social media content and more.
• Construct digital files in a memory-efficient manner. Ensure files are accurate and error-free. Be collaborative and self-sufficient with a proactive attitude toward role and responsibilities.
• Use trademarks and logos properly. Meet legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure all files meet AFFCO/NASC standards for quality.
• Maintain typography standards: hyphenation, kerning, line breaks, legibility. Use accurate sizes and specifications.
• Route all projects to Proofreader before presenting to the review group.
• Operate with a degree of autonomy by receiving project assignments, completing on time, understanding direction, and applying feedback.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, internal and external teams, legal, clients, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on trends and technology in the digital/mobile/social space and apply them to client business. Share knowledge for project betterment. Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Contribute to long-range agency and company goals relating to growth of interactive capabilities and business.
• Concurrently apply skills to multiple projects on different client brand assignments.
• Maintain a positive attitude, high energy, and passion for creating effective, solution-oriented work.

• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills for both digital and print design.
• Strong understanding of designing for social, ecommerce and digital display.
• Ability to contribute to brainstorming and general problem solving.
• Strong typography skills.
• Strong motion design skills, including After Effects, animated GIFs.
• Basic video editing skills.

• Ability to contribute to long-range agency and company goals relating to growth of interactive capabilities and business.
• Ability to concurrently apply skills to multiple projects on different client brand assignments.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and passion for creating effective, solution-oriented work.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
