Your Work EnvironmentYou will be part of the Aviation buildings team within the Buildings Sector
, based in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase.
- Coordinate with a multi-discipline team of architects and engineers, ensuring each project is detailed and executed with technical astuteness and within budget.
- Multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop presentation documents and present to clients.
- Develop design concepts under the leadership of the Principal Designer.
- Provide expertise in detail development during design phase activities.
- Create construction drawings and specifications for all project phases.
- Ensure designs meet applicable building codes.
- Assist with bid and construction phase activities in the office and field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Architectural license required.
- LEED AP a plus.
- Detailed knowledge of architectural and engineering practice with emphasis on design, design development, construction documents, specifications, building materials, construction costs, and building codes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
