Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support individuals by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and assisting with energy-related services and programs. This role involves customer communication, participation in meetings and events, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining professional service standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to supporting customer needs and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in online and in-person meetings, training sessions, industry events, and informational activities
  • Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, messages, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information regarding available services and processes
  • Observe general market activity and share relevant insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support team objectives and improve workflows
  • Use approved social media and digital platforms responsibly for outreach and engagement
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems as required
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with customers, team members, and leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic understanding of customer engagement or sales-related processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
