Billing Support Representative (In-Office)
Full-Time | $22+/Hour |

In-Office Company: Tesseon Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Tesseon is hiring a Billing Support Representative to join our in-office team. This role is a great fit for candidates with administrative, customer service and basic accounting experience-including those early in their careers who are ready to grow, as well as experienced professionals from small business environments. It is important to note that this role involves frequent, ongoing communication with our clients.
WhatYou'll Do
- Support client billing and invoicing
- Create and send client invoices and assist with funds sweeps
- Respond to client billing questions via phone and email
- Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Work in Microsoft Business Central (training provided)
- Experience in office administration and customer service
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Basic accounting knowledge (ERP system familiarity a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Pay:
Starting at $22.00 per hour - Benefits Include:
