Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all client communication
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and offerings to effectively address customer needs
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making payments, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Real estate license is a plus, but not required
