Job Summary

We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound customer calls. This fully remote role requires prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and a reliable home workspace.

Qualifications

Call center experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate computer skills

Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer-service focus

Work Schedule

8-hour shifts

Shifts may start as early as 12:30 PM EST or end as late as 2:00 AM EST

Candidates must be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts and at least one weekend day

Shift preference can be shared during the interview, but schedules are assigned

Location Eligibility

Equipment & Technical Requirements

Candidates must provide their own equipment and maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Required:

Internet connection (must be hardwired - no WiFi)

Minimum 30 Mbps upload / 30 Mbps download (speed test required)

Windows 10 or higher

Core i3 processor with 16GB RAM or higher

Ethernet cable

USB headset (compatible with call software)

Computer, monitor, and modem

Ability to install required software for incoming calls
