Customer Service Representative – Phone Ninja / Service Titan Jedi (Full-Time)

$18–$24 an hour + Bonus | Full-Time | In-Person

Are you a phone-answering pro with a knack for making people smile — even when their toilet isn’t?

Join the team at Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company
, a family-owned business with over four generations of service in St. Louis. We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5‑star service.

If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know Service Titan (our software of choice), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule:
  • Full-time:
    Monday–Friday
  • 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $18–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) ... and weekly BONUS!
  • Paid holidays and paid time off
  • Consistent hours in a friendly, supportive environment
  • Training provided (especially if you’re new to Service Titan)
  • Fun team culture, occasional snacks, and the occasional dog visit (seriously)
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately in Service Titan
  • Communicate with internal team members to keep jobs flowing smoothly
  • Outbound calls to our members (they're the best!)
  • Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset (yes, tone does matter)
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience required
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right fit)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable — someone who shows up on time and brings their A-game
  • Comfortable using computers and modern office tools
