Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
* Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
* Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software
* Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
* Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
