Baron Spices, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for its on-site location in St. Louis, MO. The role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The representative will assist with customer orders, handle issues related to product delivery, invoicing, and maintain accurate records of transactions and some bookkeeping work. Providing exceptional support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction are fundamental aspects of this role.
Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently will also be a key responsibility.
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance overall Customer Experience and maintain high service standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and managing transactions
- Commitment to providing friendly and professional interactions
- Experience in food or spice industries is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools;
Microsoft Office, Sage 50 - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
