We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Service Representative to join the PALM Health team. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and in-person interactions
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Assist in processing payments, and service requests as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest enhancements to service procedures

• Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer-focused mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
