As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude

* Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards

* Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

* Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Team player with a positive attitude and an easy smile

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work setting

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required
