* Greet customers warmly and address their needs in a professional and timely manner
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently via phone, email, or in person
* Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality
* Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service database
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude
