This is a part-time, on-site role located in St. Louis, MO, for a Customer Service Assistant. This position involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Assistant will also handle customer communication via email, phone, and some in-person interactions, in addition to troubleshooting and solving customer-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Satisfaction to deliver a positive experience to diverse customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency with customer management systems and technology is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
