As a Concierge Travel Counselor, you are responsible for the successful completion of travel arrangements for elite clients while providing exceptional levels of customer service.

• Creates intricate travel arrangements to worldwide destinations including air, hotel, ground transportation, and all other customer specific requests
• Thoroughly researches travel options and provides customer with appropriate choices
• Completes thorough and accurate invoices/itineraries and resolves any accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
• Efficiently utilizes Sabre GDS and vendor online booking engines to complete reservations
• Remains current with promotional offers and proactively suggests these to customers
• Uses available resources such as SharePoint sites, internet sites, U.S. government Web sites, news agencies, etc., to stay informed of current international and domestic affairs and travel warnings
• Advises customers of international travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc.
• Maintains complete working knowledge of all vendors utilized for travel arrangements
• Maintains thorough knowledge of travel and suppliers and maximizes these affiliations to meet the needs of discerning customers
• Maintains thorough knowledge of unique offers and client core benefits
• Adheres to company confidentiality policy by using discretion in regards to customer trip details
• Achieves predetermined goals, both short-range and annual
• Utilizes Client Base for continued internal team communication and retention of customer information and data
• Adheres to CWT office standards for delivering superior customer service including telephone etiquette, written communication, dress code (for employees working in CWT offices, when attending business meetings or company functions) and customer follow-up within service level agreement

• Can be in-office or virtual
• Flexible set schedule anywhere from 7am-7pm CST
• Past VIP or Concierge experience
• Excellent attendance history
• Industry knowledge and travel reservation skills in order to create multi-segment, multi-destination international itineraries
• Complete knowledge of international travel requirements to include documentation and immunization requirements
• Skilled with Sabre GDS
• Minimum four years industry experience
• Ability to meet and maintain required performance and productivity standards
• Excellent customer service skills for customer follow through and follow-up
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to promote and embrace a team culture
