As a Meeting Attendee Coordinator, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while supporting event logistics and attendee management. This role involves handling travel details, hotel rooming lists, and registration updates, as well as monitoring client inboxes and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.

Mid July As a Meeting Attendee Coordinator, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while supporting event logistics and attendee management. This role involves handling travel details, hotel rooming lists, and registration updates, as well as monitoring client inboxes and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Communicate travel itineraries, hotel confirmations, and policies via phone and email.
* Update guest registrations and hotel room inventory in the system.
* Monitor client email inboxes and manage guest lists within service level agreements (SLAs).
* Secure hotel extensions, review registration websites, and ensure report accuracy.
* Collaborate with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to support event logistics.
* Resolve customer inquiries, including billing questions and hotel no-shows.
* Attend training sessions, contribute to team meetings, and assist with special projects, including on-site support as needed.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Hospitality, Event Management, or customer-facing roles).
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with advanced Excel skills required.
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
** Nice To Have
*** Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality.
* Familiarity with registration systems or travel logistics.

* * role based primarily out of our Fenton, MO office.
* Virtual candidates outside the St. Louis area will also be considered.
* Full-time temporary role (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST) for approximately four months.
