Call Support Specialist – Saint Louis, MO

Our client, a leading organization in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a dedicated Call Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Telecommunications/Call Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the support department, providing vital communication assistance to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

• Screen all calls for the executive team.
• Maintain and update available extensions for Teams and Cisco/ORM users.
• Answer incoming calls, handling 80‑100 calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
• Remove extensions for employee separations and assign new extensions for new hires.
• Set up voicemail and Archi bus configurations for users.
• Collaborate with the Cisco team to resolve phone‑related issues and create service tickets in SAP for port activations or other service needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with phone systems such as Cisco or Teams is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with various teams including IT and administrative staff.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle irate callers professionally and efficiently.
