Call Support Specialist – Saint Louis, MO
Our client, a leading organization in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a dedicated Call Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Telecommunications/Call Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the support department, providing vital communication assistance to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
What's the Job?- Screen all calls for the executive team.
- Maintain and update available extensions for Teams and Cisco/ORM users.
- Answer incoming calls, handling 80‑100 calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
- Remove extensions for employee separations and assign new extensions for new hires.
- Set up voicemail and Archi bus configurations for users.
- Collaborate with the Cisco team to resolve phone‑related issues and create service tickets in SAP for port activations or other service needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with phone systems such as Cisco or Teams is preferred.
- Ability to work closely with various teams including IT and administrative staff.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle irate callers professionally and efficiently.
