Patient Service Agent - Primary Care Call Center
Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Agent to support our Primary Care Call Center. Be among the first 25 applicants. Join us to apply for this role.
Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments and handle incoming calls.
- Take patient messages and provide general information about visit instructions and expectations.
- Maintain a calm, pleasant, professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service and employing exceptional telephone etiquette.
Location: 3637 S Geyer Rd, St. Louis, MO 63127
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and data entry ability
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to multi-task and type 60 wpm
- Physical ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
