• Schedule patient appointments and handle incoming calls.
• Take patient messages and provide general information about visit instructions and expectations.
• Maintain a calm, pleasant, professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service and employing exceptional telephone etiquette.

Location: 3637 S Geyer Rd, St. Louis, MO 63127

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability

• Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to multi-task and type 60 wpm
• Physical ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
