About the Opportunity
As a Community Associate you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries to create and maintain a welcoming community within your center. Your focus will be on the administrative and support needs of your customers so they can concentrate on running their business.
Typical Day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before center opening to check that everything is ready and that cleaners have missed nothing. Throughout the day you respond to customer requests: changing Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, setting up meeting rooms, printing and invoicing, managing ticket service portal requests, and coordinating networking events. You plan e‑invites, create poster displays, and engage prospects to join the IWG community while ensuring the center is tidy and welcoming.
AboutYou
- A good communicator with at least 1 year of customer service experience, able to build professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs.
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
