• Be the first point of contact:

• Provide guidance:
  Support families by addressing questions and gently explaining the euthanasia process.
• Coordinate care:
  Collect essential medical details and schedule in‑home visits across multiple veterinarians’ calendars.
• Foster trust:
  Build strong connections with families while ensuring seamless communication with veterinary staff.
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with veterinarians, the Regional Operations Supervisors, and other team members to ensure every appointment is handled with care.
• Go the extra mile:
  Support clients and veterinarians with empathy, patience, and dedication.

• Location:
  
  Must be based in the Mountain or Central Time Zone.
• Experience:
  
  At least 2+ years of customer service and direct veterinary/front‑desk experience.
• Empathy:
  Ability to hold sensitive, emotional conversations with care.
• Communication skills:
  Clear, professional, and compassionate interpersonal style.
• Organization:
  Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy:
  Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling systems, and adapting to new platforms.

• Starting at $16–$19/hr (based on experience).
