The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center/Stifel Theatre seeks qualified candidates for the position of Part‑Time Box Office Ticket Seller. The primary responsibility is to sell admission tickets and help guests navigate mobile ticketing. Duties include utilizing the ticketing system to distribute tickets, accepting payment, answering questions about event schedules and reservations, and keeping daily balance sheets for cash received and tickets sold.

• Selling tickets using Ticketmaster suite of ticketing products
• Understanding mobile ticketing and guiding guests through the mobile ticketing process
• Preparing daily reconciliation for ticket sales
• Greeting each guest in a friendly and polite manner and providing excellent customer service
• Being knowledgeable and positive when interacting with the public in person and over the phone

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• 1–2 years of cash handling experience preferred
• Experience using Ticketmaster software ideal
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
