Job Summary

Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) at Midwest Fitness Partners will create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include closing the day’s shift and creating accurate bank deposits.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities, including:
  • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of questions.
  • Checking members into the system.
  • Processing new member sign‑ups.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding members’ expectations.
• Strong listening and empathy skills with problem solving ability.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions using appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• May occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
