Customer Service Rep

About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform data entry tasks to update automated records and ensure the accuracy of work. You will be responsible for batching documents, keying data from source documents, and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Scan in/out packages and deliver packages internally to clients.
• Package and process Shipping both Domestic and Int’l.
• Maintain Coffee inventory on site and maintain supplies in Breakrooms on designated floors.
• Ability to cross train in all other areas that we operate such as Incoming and Outgoing mail.
• Serve as back up to our driver that does the Outside run. So having experience driving a Van and small box truck.

• Help resolve customer concerns/issues
• Handle time-sensitive material
• Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
• Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures

Required Qualifications

• Maintain Chain of Custody when delivering packages.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Excellent Attendance.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required
• Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to adhere to company’s policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Mail or previous Shipping/Receiving experience.

Good people skills. Requires limited supervision and self-motivation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position starts at $17/hr to $18/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
