As a Service Coordinator, your impact is two-fold:

  • For the customer, your goal is to coordinate service within the technician team and respond to customer requests to provide excellent response and service to our customers.
  • For the team, your goal is to communicate needs and information, collaborate with other team members and departments, and coordinate activities to ensure an excellent service experience.
