Wage $18.50 per hour
$300 Bonus
Potential to earn up to $300 monthly bonus

*** MUST LIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS MISSOURI METROPOLITAN AREA***

*** Must be fluent in both English and Spanish***
Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks)
2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

The Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.
• Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat.
• Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in Spanish and English (Speaking and Writing).
• Ability to meet availability requirements that include days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
• Ability to attend two-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
• Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and upbeat telephone voice.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
