Our client, a leading organization in the pet care industry, is seeking a Production Designer to join their creative team. As a Production Designer, you will be an integral part of the Creative Department supporting the visual and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Designer
Location: Saint Louis (On-site role; hybrid work model with Fridays at home)
Pay Range: $32 - $33/hr
- Produce digital files for deployment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with creative and project teams to meet project specifications
- Maintain high standards of graphic and quality standards, including proper use of trademarks and logos
- Manage digital files efficiently, ensuring proper archiving and version control
- Perform design variations based on key artwork and support other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mac digital production
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of digital file management, typography, and color pre-press requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a proactive attitude
