Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field execution on complex commercial, multifamily, and hospitality builds in the Greater St. Louis market. The ideal candidate brings strong local construction knowledge, proven leadership of diverse trade teams, and a successful track record delivering large, technically demanding projects in urban environments.

• Lead and manage all phases of on-site construction from mobilization through project closeout
• Ensure all architectural and engineering plans are executed accurately and in accordance with contract documents
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity, sequencing, and quality standards
• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules, proactively adjusting field activities to maintain milestones
• Plan and coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics to prevent delays or disruptions
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with all local building codes and municipal regulations
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Project Managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and ownership representatives
• Conduct daily site walks to identify potential risks, conflicts, or constraints and implement effective field-driven solutions
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders

• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects
• Demonstrated success delivering multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale commercial developments
• Experience with high-rise construction, hotels, large apartment communities, or urban mixed‑use projects preferred
• Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage high‑density urban jobsite environments
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
