Job Description

My client is a growing, progressive Commercial Roofing Contractor, and is seeking to add that "12th Man" to bring their company to the next level of excellence. This "12th Man" needs to bring their Estimating skills. In addition, the right candidate in this position has the real potential to grow into a leadership role within the company.

The basic qualifications for this position include:

• Proven track record of estimating $100k- 2M
• Expert knowledge in all Roofing Systems
• Relationship driven and with a passion for success
• Ability to estimate both new construction as well as reroofing for commercial as well as industrial
• Ability to complete estimates and proposals under pressure to meet specific deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and industrial construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, component materials, and required standards applicable to the discipline
