Now Hiring: 1099 Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and self-starting Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential.

• Generate and follow up on residential and commercial roofing leads
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Assist homeowners with insurance claim process
• Create and present estimates
• Close sales and manage projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Sales experience (roofing or construction preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Comfortable working commission‑only
