Seeking a and experienced and enthusiastic full-time Facility Operations Manager for our residential and commercial properties. As the Facility Operations Manager, you will guide the day-to-day operations of all our properties in a manner that ensures objectives are met through well-trained and knowledgeable staff.

Reports to: Director of Construction

- Oversee all aspects of the construction project
- Performs quality control inspections on all homes under construction; completes walk-through inspections to ensure cleanliness and to note maintenance to be performed
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Work with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous experience in construction management or related fields

- Knowledge of Builder Trend software & Microsoft Office applications
Valid Driver’s License required
