Job DetailsSupport the preconstruction team in delivering accurate, competitive, and well-organized project estimates. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced preconstruction professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quantity take-offs under the supervision of Preconstruction Managers and Estimators
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages
- Conduct subcontractor outreach and collect bid information
- Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and cost data tracking
- Participate in client and design team meetings as appropriate
- Learn company systems, processes, and standards through hands-on training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction, 1+ year of experience in estimating
- Strong desire to learn and build a career in preconstruction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to estimating software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
