CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team. With a backlog of local as well as regional projects they are in need of a Superintendent ready to go where needed in order to efficiently complete these highly esteemed projects. This an an exciting and very stable opportunity that many wait a career for!

This company cares deeply about providing high quality service to each client and they are looking for a Superintendent to be a client facing one who has a thorough knowledge base in commercial construction processes. Although their projects have grown in size and scope, nothing has changed about the quality and expertise pertaining to how each project is completed. SUPERINTENDENT QAULIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• B.S. in Construction or related degree is preferred, but applicants with equivalent experience will be considered
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget parameters
• Strong ability to supervise field employees and sub-contractors with a proven track record of such
