General Labor​/Laborer

Location: St. Louis, MO (Primarily local within 100 miles)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

While our roots are in electrical work, our projects often require skilled labor for civil construction, retaining walls, concrete work, and other site preparation tasks. We are looking for a dependable Laborer to join our team and help bring our job sites to life with craftsmanship, attention to detail, and hard work.

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Laborer with hands-on experience in concrete work, landscaping, and conduit installation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a team environment. This position involves both physical labor and safe operation of machinery on a variety of construction projects, along with supporting electrical technicians as needed.

• Assist in the construction of retaining walls, concrete pours, and other civil work.
• Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials and assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Required:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Preferred:
  • OSHA safety certification.
  • Knowledge of excavation best practices and site safety.
  • Proficiency in operating mini excavators, skid steers, and trenchers.
  • Experience assisting electrical technicians or working in electrical construction.

• Local work within 100 miles of St. Louis.
• Monday–Friday, standard hours of 7:00-3:30 p.m. which could be flexible based on business needs; overtime as needed.
