Construction inspectors support clients by acting as trusted on‑site agents throughout all construction phases—from pre‑design to close‑out. As a Construction Inspector, you will serve as the inspector for new construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

• Observe, inspect, and document construction activities as an Owner’s Representative.
• Complete Daily Inspection Reports accurately to record work status and non‑conforming activities.
• Ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and permit requirements.
• Record any field changes on the project’s record drawings.
• Coordinate with third‑party testing firms for concrete, soil, and weld testing.
• Notify contractors immediately of all new Change Orders and Time‑and‑Material work, maintaining daily tracking and signing tickets.
• Assist Environmental, Health, and Safety personnel with site safety verifications and document concerns.
• Coordinate with client staff, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project.

• Experience delivering or supporting technical inspection work in construction, including specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Accreditations and certifications through ICC, ACI, and AWS (preferred but not required).
• Experience working with municipal agencies or utility infrastructure organizations.

• Proficient with web‑based construction document management platforms.
• Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in building relationships, conflict resolution, and participating in diverse teams.
• Strong oral and written communication, self‑motivation, team‑oriented work practices, and data analysis and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Physical ability to move around an active construction site.
