Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for both public and private projects to ensure work is performed in conformance with project documents. Services include daily observation/inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. As a Civil Construction Manager / Inspector you will play a pivotal role in diverse construction projects—dams, reservoirs, water/sewer distribution systems, roadways, and utility infrastructure—interpreting project specifications, inspecting and coordinating construction work, managing schedules, verifying completion per documents, and overseeing projects of varying complexity.

You will collaborate with construction managers and engineers, drive projects to successful completion, and ensure quality, traveling to various sites under all terrain and weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or applicable field
• At least four (4) years of construction observation or inspection experience
• Ability to work safely with constant alertness
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
